Good news Skip, glad all went well!
I'm up early heading into downtown MKE area to the Italian grocery store and bakery. My paternal family for generations has used this store for Italian delights. I haven't been there in 3 years. My Nano (Grampa) took me there as a child all the time. They raised my Dad in the Italian neighborhood there. Dh and I are meeting ds2, ddil, dgs for breakfast first and We'll all go then to the grocery store. I'm going to show them my great grandparents house, and my grandparents house. They shared a side by side. I'm having them all and my 2 brothers,dsil, here tomorrow for Sunday dinner. Since we're at lake Easter weekend just dh and I …
Im making stuffed shells, Italian sausages (chicken Italian sausages too) with peppers, salad, bread, canolli from their bakery. Yum
Then dh and ds2 will spread mulch. I'll play with dgs!

Speaking of Yellowstone show… anyone watching 1923 new episodes? Burrr cold yikes.

Slow and steady, Sam.
We started watching Yellowstone and couldn't get into it. Loved 1883, though, so we checked Season 1 of 1923 out from the library on DVD and binged through it. Now we have to wait for Season 2 to finish and be released so we can watch it.
Going to be 71 and sunny, today. It will be 55 and rainy tomorrow. Need to get out to enjoy it while it's here.

Glad the cath was successful.
My Dad loves Yellowstone...we watched a bit of it with him but I never followed up. It might not be on our streaming service. We current only have peacock and flobike.
Ran into some friends from hiking group yesterday and went to their house for a cuppa. It's a darling little house with an amazing view. About a mile out of town for a third of what we pay but tiny. I don't think we could make it work. We like spacious and light filled. They head home to Maine on Monday but similar to us are rethinking summer travels.

Good morning.
My friend Karly used to go to that place whenever they came to Chicago, Mary. They used to stay in a hotel way north of Chicago so they could swing up to MKE and load up on provisions to take back to Indy.
Doing laundry while Cecilia decides if she wants to get out of bed. Rainy day here and the dog smells pretty bad, so I think we may be staying in and toss him in the machine with the next load.
To the NSA agent monitoring this chat, I'm kidding. It's a front loader, so you can't wash a dog in one if those.
