    Good morning!

Today is Sunday rest day, but I will get a haircut today.

Mike, I'm glad that you have a new teacher. I hope she works out for you and your classmates.

We could have freezing/frost for the next three days. 38 this morning, but next two are supposed to be colder. I am so done with winter. Bring on the consistent warmer temps!

Prayers continue for our entire group, but especially for healing for Lee, Sam, Joanne.

The cat on my lap is not wanting me to type this morning.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

So sorry about your piano teacher, Mike. Prayers for him. Funny thing about wavelengths, they can be adjusted. Easier for her to adjust than your class.

I agree with the canoe trip organizer, yesterday was a bit chilly for riding the rapids over beaver dams. Only an Inuit would have thought it was a good temperature. I trained dogs yesterday from 9:30 to 12:30 and not only was I getting a bit tired, but it was changing from a drizzle to driving rain and it made me want to crawl into a warm and dry space.

Replaced knee handled the activity pretty well, and I managed to get a more comfortable sleep last night.

Today still cool, but drying out. I am going to smoke a pork belly, two pork tenderloins wrapped in bacon weaves, and a chicken. The pork belly and tenderloins are going to work for a pot luck and the chicken will be what I eat on at home.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Mornin' gents…

Glad they cancelled canoeing yesterday; it started pouring in the afternoon and it never got above 42º.

Hope Sam is okay, though he's got enough on his plate without fussing with internet groups.

Church this morning. If it warms up a bit and dries out I will do a hike in one of the many wildlife areas around here. I am luck to live where I do (not as blessed as Dave, though). There's miles of trails and rivers and I still sometimes find a new place to explore, all within an hour's drive.

Lee, glad to hear the knee is holding up; the dogs will appreciate having you back.

    Good morning gentlemen.

It was sunny and in the 70s, yesterday. Twenty degrees cooler today, with rain. That's spring, I guess.

We took Sassy for a 6-mile walk in the woods, yesterday, followed by a bath and Rita spending a couple hours grooming her. A good day for Sassy. Rita ended with a bad back and sore legs.

Church this morning, then some errands in the afternoon. I'd like to get out in the shop but doubt that will happen.

I too am praying for your piano teacher Mike.

Glad your knee is doing a bit better Lee . Oh my Lee! More pork bellies and tenderloin in your future.

Hope Sam and Joanne are doing better too.

Yup 72 deg here yesterday and 75deg in PDX. We'll be lucky to get to 55deg today and now pretty steady cold rain.

Wife going after church to handbell practice. We did squeeze in a nice brunch at Cornell Farms Nursery House with our DS and DDIL visiting from Seattle for a wedding of a friend.

Had a bx on my left ear Friday. Really to make sure it isn't cancerous. Probably ok we think.

"Cheers all and get better soon all who need it.
