Wow. First week of April almost over.
Reading through yesterday's posts. I read it as Mo-bland instead of Mob-land. NSA agents monitoring our board made me snort coffee out my nose. Ya just never know.
Lou, a word of advice: have Leo clipped close before sending to boot camp. The less hair, the less grime he will accumulate during his adventure.
We desperately need more photos of Hannah.

Good morning BBB friends.
Yesterday was about as beautiful as a day can get: 75 and sunny. Today: 20 degrees cooler and rain. Sigh. We took Sassy for a 6-mile walk in the forest, then gave her a bath and Rita spent a couple hours grooming her. She's snoring at my feet now (Sassy, not Rita).
Church and choir this morning, some errands to run in the afternoon.

Morning BBB
Our Hiking group meetup is canceled for the second week in a row. It's one I really want to do but not in the rain.
Our hike yesterday was just over 8 miles with a stop in a bakery near the end for a cookie. They aren't super sweet here, sorta like a shortbread style...it was the perfect pick me up.
Need to finish packing for the Amazon, after laundry. We leave early tomorrow and I doubt we have much wifi so I'll be MIA for most of the week, I assume.

Good Morning,
Has not been a fun week, shoulder very tender, cannot drive, and really do not feel like doing. anything. Joanne is feeling better and has really stepped up, plus I think she feels superior because I can't do much without help.
Yes Skip, Thursday is eyelid surgery, or eye lift. They are going to take out about an inch of excess skin from over each eye.
Tried to take Pablo for a walk this morning, every step was a shot of pain to shoulder.
Trip through Amazon sounds amazing
Cath without needing addition treatments is a WIN!

Sunny and 55F here. Temps to fall and maybe a little snow tomorrow?
I made some pizzelle this morning. Both vanilla and some anise flavored.
Dh and ds2 got the mulch spread out on the berm yesterday in 4 hours.
My dinner company of 8 and the little guy, come over at 4p. It'll be good to see my big brothers and dsil.

Packing for the Amazon…sunscreen, bugspray, long pants, long socks and long sleeve shirts, swim suit, buff, snacks, gin and juice. Plus phone and charger. That's about it.
HHopefully the bugs aren't as bad as I'm picturing.

Buff is kinda like a circle scarf. You can wear around your neck or as a hat.

I never heard of a buff until Survivor came on TV. "Drop your buffs. It's time for the merge."
I have one now I use on cold hikes to keep my neck warm. Good on chilly bile rides, too.
Hannah is too cute.
