    Hello- I just joined. I think FB will be harder to follow/use than Sparks but will be willing and am up for any team. I also do not know the time frame so need to know that. Thanks!

    @letsgoplay1 I am in the FB group but rarely look there as I am busy here. MFP is not as easy to navigate as Sparks was, but they have welcomed and helped us get started here. Were you a 5% member on Sparks? If so, the challenge basics are nearly the same. You can read the posts on the Community page to get an idea of how we run. Today is day 1 of the 8-week Spring round.
