    GM~

Up and out early for VA appt.

Race home afterwards for a Video interview and later afternoon time with the boys for Nats & O's ball game tonight.

DW headed to PA today. #MotherTucker and I are sure to get into something mischievous.

When do you go to CA, Steph/Ron?

Hope your appts went well yesterday, SamIAm and JoAnne.

SGM - nice photo of you and DW! I was going to make a quippy comment that SGM's shoe's usually shine up much much nicer.

    Cheers,

    Skipper

    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • The new washer is installed and working. The new refrigerator is scheduled for a Friday delivery.
    • I saw that nice picture of Dave and Rita and yes, he did marry out of his league. 😎
    • I have a day full of things I need to accomplish sitting at the desk. How does this happen for someone who is retired?
    • Is Columbus, IN recovering from the flooding?

    Good morning BBB friends.

No luck fishing, yesterday, but loved watching the natural world around me at the lake, so time well spent.

Those shoes were nicely buffed, but I have never put a spit shine on a brown shoe. Sorry.

Running errands this morning, then mowing the lawn in the afternoon. Woopie!

    Morning gang

Coming from a state with no tolls I just can't imagine paying tolls and parking for work. How to low income workers manage? Do they all take buses? I'm so oblivious to this. I hate paying for either in our travels.

Here is our tentative plans for the rest of the year. Fly to Houston on May 28..get car (not as easy as it sounds...we land at 6am and when we disconnected the battery Ron dropped a nut so will need to figure that out before stores are open) we will drive to Emporia where there is a huge gravel race we want to go to the expo. Spend the weekend in Omaha. Then a week visiting my family.

We need to be in southern California by mid June and will be there until mid August Petsitting homing pigeons. Then either sell the car or store it in Houston again. We will need to swing by nebraska for the bike cases....we plan to take them. Fly to Guadalajara to spend time in Ajijic. We still haven't canceled the cruise to Australia but in light of our portfolio and the uncertainty of US/world relations we are likely canceling...need to decide by EOM May. It just does my feel like the right year to spend at the high end of budget and Australia/New Zealand will be pricey as we aren't hostel staying backpackers.

    Good Afternoon/Happy Humping

DW had to go to plastic surgeon for them to get photos for insurance company before they would approve surgery. Also signed lots of forms disclosers and authorizations.

Stopped by Costco and filled up $2.63 gallon regular, also picked up stuff for freezer and snacks for next month or so.

DMIL has a doctors appointment this afternoon that DW will handle. Hopefully Monday I'll be allowed to drive again.

Yesterday at oculofacial surgeon decided I needed two more stiches in eyelid, smarted a bid and kept me from sleeping last night.

Physical torture tomorrow, still not allowed to pick up more than a pound with left hand.

Sunny here and should hit low 80's today.

Got a guy cutting my grass today.

I'm telling you, insurance companies are too much into our healthcare and it really TICKES me off!! Hope it all works out Sam.

Great for the second round of interviews.

Steph, WOW, I love your lifestyle. I have high hopes that our portfolios will all turn around SOON!!

GNO tonight and a different set of ladies for a GNO tomorrow night. WOO HOO.

All the flooding as subsided. A little clean up needed, but not too much. None in my neighborhood.

Looking forward to the weekend already. LET"S GO~~~
