Ok so this was from a Lip-sync Battle episode, where then-husband & wife (Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan) duked it out in the most creative way! I’m sharing because both songs make me get up and move and I thought they were very entertaining!

Full disclosure Don’t watch if you are sensitive to dancing that some viewers might consider a little “risqué”

"And now for something completely different…" — Monty Python

This is a video I found that helps address issues with hip pain…

Good morning! No, this is not me swimming in the background; it’s my neighbor (who is a much better swimmer). But I’m about to jump in and join him! I never take this beautiful place and amazing weather for granted! Just finished a Zumba class; now to do a little aqua aerobics!

I have a strong desire to improve my mobility, flexibility and balance. Yoga and tai chi definitely help with that, but when I come across videos dealing with those subjects, I always want to check them out.

I watched a couple episodes of The Ready State's MobilityWOD series on YouTube, and I read an excerpt from the book Built to Move. That got me inspired, so I ordered the book, a lacrosse ball and a foam roller. They'll arrive Thursday; I've already got bands and straps.

In the meantime, I'll try doing some of the YouTube episodes.

That inspiration, plus the fact that it's a warm summer-like day, prompted me to make a batch of (The Tao of Tea) peppermint tea. Summertime is a great time to drink iced tea, instead of sodas and lemonades.

Today is International Dance Day! How do you plan on moving your body today? I have a Zumba class tonight. When I was teaching, this was one of my favorite Zumba routines💜

Not much, but I danced to YMCA with the 2 girls we watch. The 10 year old initially rolled her eyes but the 4 year old Was smiling and giggling the whole time 🙂

Thanks for the links and videos

@izzyred9400 great videos! Thanks for sharing! I loved teaching jazzercise and Zumba, but honestly, I enjoy being a student more. Creating sets, practicing cueing, etc started taking too much time (to do it right). I’m much more relaxed as a student lol
