Rain finally stopped. Local hiking club cancelled their 3 xs a week hikes because of mud. Might even see the sun again today.

Good morning!
Lots of things going on today. The biggest today will be cleaning out the car for when Connie's sister gets here. I will be hauling her around on Friday.
My arthritis in my knee is really flaring up. I can't hardly go up and down stairs. A very sharp pain in my right knee. I will try to take it a little easier today on the knee. Bill, my new PCP has told me not to worry about the Meloxicam and my kidneys. She said my worst enemy there is not drinking enough plain ol' water, and reducing my sodium intake.
Connie and I planted 114 flowers in the cemetery planter yesterday. It took less than two hours. Connie then took me out for a large tenderloin sandwich and chocolate milkshake. Horrible for my diet, but so tasty after hard work. We have not had beer after such events in 15 years now.
Sam, happy you are making progress with your shoulder. Praying for you and for Joanne.

Good morning gentlemen.
Got through two more widely spaced appointments for Rita, yesterday. Took most of the day. Today is my turn, as I have my semi-annual glaucoma checkup. The kidney doc wants Rita to do some more labs, too, so we'll go a bit early.
Weather today will be 20 degrees cooler than yesterday. So much for early summer. Might get a shower this afternoon, too.
Hope all goes well for Sam and Joanne today.
