Good morning!
Frankie let me sleep until 6:00 this morning.
I did a bunch again yesterday and I am feeling it today. I ended up having to remove the mower deck to replace the drive belt. I need to remove it again soon to sharpen the blades. I also need to re-level the deck now. Always something that can be done.
Today I think will be less physical in nature. I plan to stay busy making forward progress.
Have a great day!

Good morning gentlemen.
The keyboard on my laptop is malfunctioning again so I have to log in on my phone. Not a fan of typing with one finger. Sigh.
on a positive note, I am heading for a hike up the Duckabush River today. Looking forward to the steep climb up over Big Hump Mountain. It will be good to test my legs.

Have a nice hike up the Duckabush. Sounds wonderful.
Sam, your wife is in my prayers. Hoping for her to have a good outcome from all of this. And take care of that arm!
Saw a doctor yesterday. Not COVID, no pneumonia sounds so far. If flu, it's too late to bother to test for it since drugs needed first day or two. Zyrtec to quell the coughing and nose blowing, Tylenol for sore throat, and lots of fluids and rest. If I develop chest congestion or fever, go get an x-ray. My DGS is receiving his Confirmation on Thursday, but I told DD I might not go if I still feel like this.
Sunny and 60s here. Will go sit on the balcony and read.
Onward and onward…

Good Morning
Sam it was good to hear the report on Joanne. Praying for a full recovery for both of you and a good report from her Doctor today.
Duckabush River…I always thought they should publish the history of the names of some of these places. They are often quite curious. Enjoy the hike and the climb.
Tricky weather day yesterday. We went out to a local lunch/breakfast place midday in the midst of errands and was going for a walk at the South Jetty but the clouds thickened and the wind picked up so went grocery shopping again. An hour later the sky began to clear. I had started some baking and cooking prep so my son went with Heather instead. Baking a Yorkshire Tea Loaf this morning as I continue to refine the recipe. 2 outdoor rockers and a table from Polywood coming today. I have to assemble which can be an adventure but it saves me over $100. We always planned to enjoy sitting our on one of our patio areas rocking, sipping tea or wine and just being happy.
