May Week 3 Group Challenge - Get to the Core of It!

A little play on words, but my vision for this week's challenge will allow you some personal creativity for what you need at this moment. When some talk about "getting to the core" in relation to a health journey, it can mean working on core strength in your chest, stomach and abdomen. To others, it can be a look at their personal faith journey. For others, it can be working on emotional health and how they steer their journey working on healing and building up their resistance to stress. Finally for others, it might bring thoughts of setting new goals to get back to basics and working on nutrition. So, my challenge for you this week, is to think about what the above means to you…"get to the core of it"…based on those thoughts, build a plan and put it in place this week.

Post daily and let's talk about how you're making changes to build up whatever area of your journey needs attention the most this week. I'm working through some personal challenges currently, so for me, it's taking things day-by-day, doing what I can, managing pain and still staying on a healthy track to accomplish smaller goals, like good nutrition and activities that I can do in small doses. Looking forward to the discussions and watching you make strides in the areas you choose to focus on. Let's get to the core of it and enjoy seeing accomplishments!

    I started journaling again last night - I'm still so sad, shocked and in disbelief about my boss passing away😢

    I'm going to walk 7,000 steps

    I'm going to drink my water = 80oz

    I've been neglecting all of these
