This week's challenge is simple…WALK, RUN, MOVE! As long as you're moving, you're burning calories, so set your pace, pick your place, and let's get moving! I have to do mine in smaller pieces, so there's definitely lots of flexibility in this challenge. Dance your heart out…clean house while moving…report in daily and let us know how it's going!
