Good Morning UAC Team!! I have asked this question before, but it was one of my favorites so I will ask again…
We spend so much time trying to do better, be better, be slimer, be stronger that many times we forget about all the things we truly love about ourselves…
So I ask you one simple question.. What do you love about you??

I like…my curiosity and interest in learning about things, my ability to laugh at myself and be silly, my desire to be inclusive and make sure no one feels left out.

What do you love about you??
Hard question for me, always. If it would be for someone else it would be easy for me to answer.
I’ll try anyway and keep open mind on myself…
I love that I easily laugh,
I get along with everyone,
I’m willing to work on myself on every part of my health journey,
I love that I’m not a quitter anymore (health journey),
I love that I now understand I have good days and bad days (not a reason to quit),
I love that I have a loving family,
I love that I have great friends,
I love that I am a good person & caring,
I love that I realize that working on myself is worthwhile, even the smallest step makes a difference but we have to take time to realize it,
I love that when I couldn’t pay myself a trainer (ever!!) I found all of you!! … my 2nd family, MFP, challenges, MFP friendships, I’m well surrounded with the support I tremendously needed!!! Thank you all!! ♥️

What do I love about myself? I love that I have fun and enjoy myself so easily. I love to support & encourage others. And I keep learning how to have grace for myself. :)

I love that I show up when I say I will, that I look for the person who is standing alone and go over and talk to them, that I am kind, that I don’t have to be right and will gladly admit when I don’t know something, that I am a good cook, that I enjoy quiet time by myself, and make sure I get plenty of it!
Huh! I would not have predicted that I would be able to come up with that many things that I love about myself. A good exercise, and a great opener, @Alsison - thank you!

3 pass days but not bingy just did not track. One of those I am tired of tracking days I guess. 🤷♀️
What I love about myself is that I show up when needed. I have a very "reliable" nature. I truly adore what @TerriRichardson112 said. I am not brave enough to try a lot of things but it show a lot of confidence to try things and be able to say NO after that. I am good about saying NO but usually I dn't want to try things either.
