Time for self love

I have been struggling. I have been my husbands caregiver since I was 18 as he was severely wounded serving our country in the Iraq war. I’m now almost 37. I notice as he ages, he is less mobile and days are harder. It made me realize it is time for me to take care of me so that I can be able to succeed when he becomes less and less mobile and there are more hard days than easy. I am hoping support will help me stick to things
