    Mornin'.

Gophers—yes, a cat might help, and I recall Steve did a thing with his exhaust pipe and some hoses to gas all the varmints? Maybe he makes house calls…

Sam, glad you're able to do things to the point you can, tending to DW and getting around a bit; the vege garden can wait.

Sleep apnea tele-visit this morning, annual checkup. The CPAP has a chip that records all my snoring & breathing that connects via cell towers to doc's office, so she can see how the therapy is going. I grumble about technology, but it fixed my heart and treats a sleep disorder, so I shouldn't complain.

    Onward and downward…

    Good morning!

The hose and exhaust didn't do anything that I could tell. I ended up using pellets and that got rid of the voles, but now I have moles. I'm thinking of using an old school spring loaded trap.

I finally got my old Craftsman snowblower on FB Market last night. First time I've used that. I have 50+ responses to weed through this morning. I just want to get rid of it.

I think we might actually get sunshine today.

    Have a great day.

    Good morning gentlemen.
Rita has had great success trapping moles. A few years back our backyard was really torn up by a single mole. Since then she has used a scissor style trap and caught a bunch before they could do much harm.
Grandkids are in the school talent show this morning so that’s where we’ll be.
back up to 80 this afternoon.

    Good Morning

I have seen a few gopher piles in our back yard but suffered no damage. Not much out there but shrubbery and trees and large expanse of dirt & woodchips. Pain levels are back down. I have things back under control except for some residual hip soreness from whatever I injured 10 days ago. PT called to schedule me, I forgot the Doc referred me. I will go in on Tuesday if the soreness still lingers. I am walking pretty well now, hardly using the cane. A quick 1 day recovery from that cramp thing that hit me in the shower. I started to assemble the outdoor rockers and table we bought. It was always part of the retirement plan. My back didn't like all the bending and twisting in assembling. Fine today, but Heather will help me with second one. We are lugging some chairs and a collapsible table to the beach today to sit around while we picnic and smile. Meanwhile I will have Chicken Vegetable soup slowly cooking in the big crock pot for dinner.
