    I would like to be here please. I want to admit that I am on a special diet called Reliv Fit, which has intermittent fasting included along with lunasin liquid and tablets, pretty retricted diet. I can't exercise as much, but I can at least walk my 45 minutes or so 3-4 times a week. There are 3 phases, Phase 1 very restrictive, no fats, oils, sweets, flour, bread, etc, only protein, vegetables, fruit, which I'm going on for 40 days (usually 20 days) to lose 20 pounds, then Phase 2 introduce more foods, lock in your weight, I think still do the pills and liquid, for 21 days measuring your macros, etc., then Phase 3, eat like normal, no pills, no liquid but be rational in your eating. I plan on using the food plan of Phase 1 in Phase 3 to lose more weight w/o the pills and liquid lunasin.
