This month we are looking at:Β
1. Healthy Habits to Make Juneβs Monthly Goals Successful!Β
2. Better Eating and Daily Fitness for Joint Pain, Stiffness and Chronic Pain SufferersΒ Β
How To Manage:Β Β
1. To manage joint stiffness and pain, a variety of exercises can be incorporated into a routine, focusing on low-impact activities and gentle stretching to improve flexibility and reduce pain.Β Β
2. Low-impact exercises like walking, swimming, and cycling can help reduce stress on weight-bearing joints.Β Β
3. Gentle stretches, such as finger circles, knee raises, and leg lifts, can help improve joint mobility and reduce stiffness.Β
Remember: Morning exercises for stiff joints should be gentle and focus on improving flexibility and range of motion.Β Β
1. Start with basic stretches like neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, and arm circles.Β Β
2. Engage in cat-cow stretches, torso twists, and leg raises.Β Β
3. Ankle circles and ankle pumps, wrist circles, and bending knees and hips can also be helpful.Β
Good Nutrition for Joint Pain, Stiffness and Chronic Pain SufferersΒ
A balanced diet rich in anti-inflammatory foods can help manage chronic pain and inflammation.Β
Focusing on fruits, vegetables, lean proteins,Β Β healthy fats & whole grains can reduce inflammation and support overall health.
Sample Diet Day Plan Day 1:Β
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of walnuts.Β
Lunch: Salmon salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and olive oil dressing.Β
Dinner: Roasted vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant) with quinoa and a side of grilled chicken breast.Β
Snacks: Celery and almond butter, a handful of almonds, or a piece of fruit.Β Β

aim to drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water or moreΒ per day
Track your calories per day
Eat at least 5 servings or more in a combo of fruits and veggiesΒ daily
Cut back on sugar
Eat at least 25 grams of Fibre per day
Team Goal # 2
Work on Maintaining your optimal weight, Daily & Weekly
Set a goal in how much weight you want to lose
Focus on Cardio at least 5 days a week at least 30 minutes or more per day
And Strength Training 3 days a week at least 25 minutes or more per sessionΒ

Welcome back to a Brand New Month and New Team Challenges (Goals) to meet.
Hope you will join me for another great Month in working together as we get Healthy Together one day and one step at a time.

I am back and will be working on Both Challenges. I have Caner Complications, Chronic Pain from Nerve Damage, Scoliosis, Arthritis, Joint Damage, all the areas we have learned about in the above Introductory Article. With Cancer and Chronic Disease/inflammation in the body my plan is to follow the Exercise suggestions and work on a better diet plan that incorporates the foods that help with chronic diseases and with inflammation.
