New Monthly Team Weight Loss and Maintenance Goals are coming back in June
Hope you will join me as we continue to work on our Weight Loss and or for some of us our Weight Gain and Maintenance.
For me I am back for Maintenance and to hopefully put some weight back on that I have lost from Cancer and Treatment.
Hope to see you tomorrow to begin another successful Month of June 2025.
