Get to Know

Hi Everyone! I'm back to Myfitness, it's been awhile since I have used this app and it's always my go to when I need to shed some weight. Originally, I was 237 lbs and got down to 170. In September, I shattered my tibia plateau and broke both my fibula and tibia in multiple places while on vacation in Scotland. (on Day 3 of 15)…
Needless to say, I have gained back 11 lbs and am having a very difficult time losing it due to my new standards of living. Currently, I cannot function or exercise like I once used to. After about 1,200 steps, my leg becomes quite painful. I keep telling myself, this too shall pass.
Trying to get my youngest to join with me and be my accountability buddy, any encouraging words to help get her motivated to join??? :-)
