Calculate macros

I’ve been on GLP-1/GIP for a couple years. At first it was Mounjaro when I had insurance and over the course of one year I lost 30 lbs. The shortage hit and I had a change of insurance so I was off it for three months and I regained 20 lbs. I went back on GLP medications a year ago. At first I tried compound Sema for 3 months. It gave me horrible side effects so I switched to compound TIRZ and have since lost 10 lbs and now I’ve been stalled. Obviously 9 months and only losing 10 lbs I need help. It’s definitely helping with the food noise and it’s helping too good because I just not hungry. Typically I only have coffee in the morning and around 11-12 I get hungry so I’ll eat something and then I am not hungry for dinner. If I do force myself to eat something in the morning, sometimes I’m hungry at lunchtime. And then I’ll eat dinner. I am going to assume I am not eating enough. I have started walking again 5-6 times a week and I will get 10-15k steps daily. I am dealing with lower back issues so I am not able to do things like run or lift weights without causing injury. I drink water, but I’m going to say I’m probably not getting enough water intake.
Even prior to starting GLP/GIP I found the standard 1200 cal calculation that MFP gives would not show me any weight loss and at that time I was doing serious workouts (strength training, spin class, boxing etc) 5x a week. If I upped my calories closer to 1500 and literally salads then I would lose a few pounds. I just cannot get below 174.
Stats - Female, 65, 5’1”, weight 174. I am on the highest dose of TIRZ and I have been for a while. Since I am on compound and not using an injector pen I can adjust my dosage. I thought about reducing the amount I’m using going back down to 12.5 to see if that would change my progress. When I was on name brand Mounjaro and it was difficult to get prescription refills I had to bounce between 10mg/12.5mg/15mg and I did realize that 10mg did nothing for me and I did start losing again at 12.5mg

im considering switching to tirzepatide or stopping because semaglutide is no longer working 🤔. well I'm eating more so of course I'm not losing. however like you mentioned, I'm not eating at lot, maybe 1200 average and also i had achilles tendon debridement and repair which I'm still recovering from and not getting much cardio.
my thoughts are to get back to whole foods primarily and maybe some sort of IF in addition to switching to tirzepatide. compounded.
water too , like you mentioned!
fiber.... just thinking out loud
