Sometimes we want to maintain weight but eat cleaner.

Sometimes we want to lose weight.

Sometimes we want to get more activity.

    Get physically fit

    It only let me check one box so I went with getting physically fit. My other choice would have been to lose weight and eat healthier.

    Hi Tammy, Hi Dorrie 🙋‍♀️. Over 50, in Maine :). I want to improve metabolic health (normalized A1c and LDL cholesterol both in the last 12 mos!), lose weight (a bunch!), improve muscle strength to less arthritic knee pain (both knees, plus meniscus tear in left), and learn to love freggies ;-).

    Hi Tammy 👋 Jannine from VA. I lost about 25 lbs last year and in the last 3 months I’ve gained 8 lbs back 😩 I’m a big stress/boredom eater. 3-5 pm is the witching hour for me. I need to break the snacking habit before I completely undo what I accomplished last year. I really need an accountability group or partner. I was successful before with daily weighing, 100% meal tracking, and setting short term goals. Without someone to hold me accountable, I revert to bad habits.

    Good morning everyone.

    Lose weight (40 lbs or so)..and regain strength to improve knee, foot pain. I've been trying unsuccessfully for a couple years now. The pain and mobility challenges are mounting!... I'm up for challenges.

    Def check out Hogwarts challenge, the @bennettteri21 ! It's wiiiiccckkkeeeed fun!! Summer Term is the best time to join for the first time, too. It's much more relaxed with more optios, etc, than regular term. Almost every first time 'student' gets overwhelmed at first, but once you get the rhythm, it's a blast. So well done, the way they build out the whole world, etc.
