Hi
I’m Meg. I read a few posts and I can sure relate. I’ve been using MFP on and off over a year and just yesterday discovered the Community. I think connecting in a community can make a big difference. I’m 66, retired and live in Southwest FL, but lived and traveled lots of places when I was working. I lived in IL, IN, OH, AZ, IN again, AR, and WI, before becoming a full time FL resident. 3 years ago I was in the low 150s which is great for me. But then the weight started creeping back on. I’ve basically put on 20 lbs a year since then. So, I’m refocusing and restarting and rededicating myself to being healthier for the next 6 months…and beyond.
