    At vet for annual check up. Poor Tucker is not a fan of Critter Fix’rs. Tried a pill last night and this morning to calm him down.

    looked at houses yesterday. Nothing spectacular. Quiet fourth.

    Pool today.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    We had a quiet 4th, too. I worked in the shop, watched some baseball and made a rhubarb cobbler from garden trimmings. Sassy was unimpressed by the fireworks noise, though the smell of gunpowder in the air made her raise her head and sniff a lot when she was in the backyard before bedtime.

    Good morning.

    Only the most die-hard fireworks enthusiasts were out last night, so it wasn't too bad here. One popped off right overhead when I was walking Leo and she showed an appropriate amount of angst over it, but quickly shook it off and found a new spot to pee.

    Good Morning,

    All is quiet around here this morning, did not see a sole on Pablo's morning walk.

    Fireworks last night did not faze Pablo

    Baby back ribs were good till about 2 this morning when burps tasted like smoke.

    Plenty around here needs doing but may just get clothes washed meals and kitchen cleaned.

    Hope all have a Great Holiday weekend.

    Feeling lazy. But stuff to do. No celebration for me yesterday, just exercised dogs, ran errands, and did laundry.

    Today, hopefully getting out on the water with me wee boat.

    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • Very busy day for me yesterday in the 'hood playing photographer.
    • Got up early for a breakfast ride to Athens via backroads. Surprising little traffic out.
    • Hannah barked at a couple of the fireworks last night, but it was more 'what the heck are you doing' than fear.
    • Taking DW wife out for a birthday dinner tonight.

    Tucker had a great day with his "friend" Lillie (same rescue league). BUT, Tuck is a bit of a Pool hog!

    He had a great day tooling around with ole Dad, too! LOVE HIM soooo much! He bring me joy, no matter how tough the day!

    We are having a great weekend, all go home in morning. Dh should be here by 5pm.
