    Busy day. Need to pack for 4 days camping on Cape Cod with some of family, leaving Thursday. Forecast showing rain every day, but we'll see.

    Dave how was your cheese grits fueled hike? I happen to be a huge fan of grits, cheese or otherwise.

    Some nurses do know a bit more than some doctors. Hope Joanne's appointments were productive.

    Hot and humid here too.

    A buddy gave me some ghost pepper salt. Put a pinch on my eggs yesterday, a little afraid of the heat, but since I was sparing, the heat was pleasant. It'll take me forever to go through that small bag since I have to be careful with the amount of salt I use.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    I have cheese grits for breakfast a lot.

    The finished bass bridge restrung and ready to put back keys, mechanism and cabinet panels.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Yesterday's hike was great, the 3-hour drive to and from the trailhead less so. That included an hour each way on a really bad Forest Service road. I love hiking in the Olympics. This one had it all: pretty forest, tumbling mountain river, then craggy peaks, with enough challenge to keep it interesting. I am a bit sore today. The glutes felt it yesterday. Hiked 6 miles with 2,763 feet of climbing.

    Good Afternoon,

    Computer and internet issues this morning, took Toyota to get serviced then had to carry Joanne to Athens to see doctor.

    Great work on piano Mike, would not go camping knowing it was going to rain most days; but then my idea of camping is Holiday Inn, ruffing it is a Micro Inn.

    Internet is my best value for meals DW should eat but then she is going to do what she wants.

    Enjoy coast Bob, 60's sounds cool to me but I'm tired of 90's and 100+ with high humidity.

    I fix cheese about once a week
