    Good morning.

    Off to Dogtopia in a few so Cecilia can get a haircut today. Leo knows it's coming because the routine gets changed up and I fed him while I'm drinking coffee instead of right before I leave the house (to distract him from the fact that I'm ditching him to go to work). He may run full speed into a wall sometimes, but he recognizes patterns. 😂

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Rita has a medical appointment this morning. Our "guy" will come by while we're out to clean the gutters and spread moss preventive powder on the roof. When we built the house, I did that stuff myself. So it goes.

    A peaceful cruise on a lake under the moon sounds pretty nice to me.

    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • I got to sleep in this morning. One of life's best luxuries.
    • I always liked it when the 'part timers' went home after a holiday weekend and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Enjoy Mary.
    • At our age having a "guy" is a good idea Dave. I heard of a man in the 'hood who is in the hospital after falling off a ladder trying to trim a tree.
    • I had to laugh when the network news reported that a Delta jet had issues and was forced to land on a remote island in the Atlantic. They made it sound like they were landing on a grass strip while or C-5s routinely landed at Lajes Field in the Azores. It is well equipped.
    • Let's hope Leo has a good day.

    Morning Gang

    We have a sugar ant problem...I thought I had it under control but they were back in full force last night. Sigh.

    Need to head to town for a few groceries and sugar for the hummingbirds. Maybe a walk around the downtown too.

    Physical torture complete for week, believe DW only has one more appointment this week,

    Hey Sam, Happy Birthday!

    My apple fritter had ants in it this morning uuggh. Tossed it and new ant bait set out. I think it's a conspiracy... I ate a delicious perfect peach in lieu.

    We out for a car ride... then lunch.

    My stepson, Tom's son, is coming to stay a night or 2 in the 31ft Jayco guest camper. He just had his 32 bday so well take him to dinner to celebrate him.
