I find it interesting that according to the article long distance easy training pace can be determined "based on runner's world calculations and formulas of Jack Daniel's" ! I find hard liquor impairs my running. :-)

( I love the description of physical changes even at the cellular level. It conjures images in my mind of the opening sequences of a super hero movie when he/she is metamorphosing and the camera is zooming through images of microscopic views of the body! LOL!)0 -
