Going to be a hot one today, already warm humid and hazy. No caffeine today, will stumble through the day, forgetting more things than I usually do. Tomorrow's my stress test at St. Vincent hosp. Weather will break a bit on Friday, cooler overnight.

    Have a good day.

Sunset on the bayside of the Cape, and in case there’s sharks on the ocean side. We saw 3 seals there, which I guess attracts the sharks

    Mornin' gents.

MIA due to being busy at work. Mea Culpa.

Congrats on being such a loser, Bill! Woo Hoo!

Great photos, Dave and Mike. Thanks for sharing. I wish I could figure out why I cannot get the MFP app to allow me to post photos anymore. I have allowed permissions. Not sure why all of a sudden a few weeks ago I can no longer post photos. I guess I can copy image and paste…seems to be a lot of work.

Really slow day fishing Sunday. Caught a single yellow perch, that got the skunk out of the boat, at least. Barometric pressure was dropping and shut down the bite. Live bait would probably have been productive, but I hate using bait, so messy.

    Heat and humidity continues.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning!

Awesome hiking and such beautiful pictures. Wow, Dave!

Mike, you also posted some great pictures. Thanks! I hope your tests come out great tomorrow.

We had a whopping .04 inch of rain overnight. We're going to need to do better than that. There is another chance of storms tonight.

I went to the chiropractor for the first time in over a year. He really helped my shoulder. I slept very solidly last night.

Mixed bag of chores and projects today.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

The grandkids came over yesterday and will be with us through tonight. That is always fun, but tough on my waistline. Their Lola wants to make sure they get all their favorites, both at home and eating out. To be honest, I do too. Denney's last night, a local sushi place tonight, waffles and who knows what in between.

Going to be a hot one, today, with a high in the mid-90s. I'm guessing that will put Bob over 100.

    Good Morning,

Hoping for clear stress test tomorrow, Mike. Great pictures.

Enjoy grands Dave, they grow up fast then do not have as much time for grands.

Bill. glad you are getting to design yard, really missed my garden this year.

Chiropractors can do wonders; my real estate partner is a chiropractor and says if people would deal with their stress, he would lose 85 % of his patients. Exercise, Meditation, strong faith to rely upon.

Orthopedic this morning, says I am doing great, continuing PT is up to me will see me in October: will take about a year for shoulder to fully heal.

It's terrible when work gets in way of play and social activities, but that will change soon.

    Good Morning

We had a great day yesterday walking through the marina along the river and then hitting the Farmer's Market and some shops where we picked up some wind sock type things. We drove down the river to our favorite beach area. Heather hasn't been since she returned due to the winds and I haven't been in almost 2 months since I was told to stay off the sand for walking for now. We just looked out from the walkway but it was refreshing to be back. Heather is going walking there today and I will pull up a small sand dune and do some reading. The wind has played havoc with the beach sand. There are mini dunes and drifts where it used to be fairly flat. It looks like a scene from Dune. PT this afternoon.
