Please share your thoughts here.

I am happy to say that spending time on balance movements has been beneficial, not only for me, but even more so for my Mom. She is watching the videos with me and doing her best. I'm not doing very well with the second video myself, but we are having fun laughing at our silly efforts to get the movements done.

Since reading an article on the importance of balance exercises in our lives, I've been practicing simple exercises every day, three times a day, such as balancing on one foot while brushing my upper teeth and then switching to the other foot while brushing my lower teeth. One minute each side. 😊 I love it!

Ohhhh I knew I needed help with this, and I was right!! Now, I am working on it. Today I was talking with a 90 year old friend, she's having a hard time with balance, we chatted over (TY @deskjockey925 !) what she can do. I leaned heavily on Diane's information! WTG! An 85 year friend was with us; she has been working on hers also. It was a neat conversation.

I was surprised at how much balance I've lost since not doing yoga regular, wake up call for me! Glad we had this, so I can add this back in on the daily!

Ceri, in my aarp magazine a son (a doctor, lol) does a thing with his Mom where they do a 'clock' moving an arm and a leg as he calls out a time. Can't remember exactly, I'll have to see if I can find it again.
