    Good morning!

Frankie woke me up at 5:00 this morning. She has not done that in a while. There was a break in the rain when I took her out, now it is raining again. Maybe she just knew.

Today will be about house cleaning.

I want to get in more exercise. I will slowly build up.

I have very slowly been getting back into photography. I even participated in a group chat yesterday. Perhaps I'll start posting photos again. It needs to get a little cooler before I can wander around looking for good shots.

I am very thankful that the group is generally reporting better health.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin’ men.

Still, no word on my stress test, so I assume results were probably negative.

Did a hike before breakfast today and already it had begun to feel steamy. Getting into 90s today. Have to pack car to leave in the morning for Maine coast, camping up the road from DD’s summer home. The drive there in summer has serious traffic problems, so I want to go early. Looking forward to it.

    Lee, safe flying.

    Good morning gentlemen.

I missed checking in yesterday. That almost never happens. Glad to read all seems well with my Men's Health friends. Good news on your truck, Steve.

We packed up and came home from the campground after the young crowd left. Sassy was happy to get home and get a bath. She enjoys getting dirty, I think, but not being dirty. Now I just get to scratch mosquito bites and pack away camping equipment. Oh, and mowing the lawn, which refused to stop growing while we were away.

    Good Morning

We had a good trip to Eugene though we found their temps in the 80's a bit too warm for our tastes. Truly we have acclimated to coastal weather in the 60's. Today the plan is to do some planting/transplanting in the garden. We will go slow and steady to protect our backs. At some point I hope we get a walk in.

Yeah it was 60sto70deg or so on the coast for a week for us and returned on a 97deg day to PDX area arriving in 92 deg. It is hard to get use to up and down temps for sure. 90deg here on Wed, 86deg yesterday but getting use to the upper 80s and 90deg on occasion. Not humid though.

Off to water for a friend today.

    Cheers
