- Pass days (3+ is fine if you reach the max): Holding at ZERO, ZILCH, NADA!!
Weekends are always the hardest for me as my husband and I usually go out for lunch which starts the day off with more carbs and calories than I would generally have. Thanks to fasting through dinner, I managed to avoid a pass day, so I am happy with that!
I know how, it will work, and it will ABSOLUTELY be worth it!!
