    Im sss'd and 2 cups in with a page of emails done. Up at 43oa, but was asleep by 830p.

    Checking out by 2pm today to go pick up ds2's used new to him riding mower an hour+ drive away with Dh, whom has the trailer…

    Sorry about dmil struggles Sam, with all else you all have going on.

    Good morning.

    Finding a boarder for a dog with separation anxiety that doesn't like cats and some male dogs is hard. Leo's been rejected by five Rover sitters so far.

    Maybe they know about his criminal past somehow?

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Maybe Leo could keep Sam's DMIL company.

    One of those places where I take beautiful forest photos - you know, giant 800-year-old trees, lush understory, gushing river - is burning right now. Fire started July 6, human caused, illegal fireworks suspected. Tuesday it jumped a river and moved over a trail I have hiked maybe 100 times over the last 20 years. It breaks my heart.

    I'm heading to the shop. That always eases my mind.

    • We bought new patio furniture and yesterday was assembly day. Mission accomplished.

    Need groceries so heading to town soon.

    The house we were planning to rent in Ajijic isn't available until next May. We may be rethinking our plans. Ron gets very laser focus on one thing and when it is derailed he blows up the whole plan. Love him but sorta frustrating.

    I had to go back and read about sam's dmil. Sorry about that Sam. Very frustrating. Sounds like my neighbor Sandy. When she gets her mind on something she can't let it drop. She has 6 kids and the closest one is 1 1/2 hours away. She's constantly "needing a favor." I've talked to her daughter, closest, about it. It's ridiculous I think she needs to be in an assisted living area. I'm not getting paid to make her bed, change her clocks, change light bulbs, change furnace filter. Nor do I want to do it!

    anyway, cooler temps here today and FINALLY RAIN.

    That runaway fire is very very sad Dave!! Hopefully, it will get under control soon. .
