4 weeks between FMs - what to do?

Question for the experts:

I just completed my first FM yesterday. My next one is in 4 weeks. Should I count my FM as my "long" run and wind down/stay low for the next 3 weekends until the race? The course does have one uphill trudge from mile 10 to 16, and after 17, it's all downhill. And, second, how should I go about handling that terrain, pace-wise?
