Get ready to boost your health and have fun with your colleagues! We’re excited to launch the "Step Up to Wellness" Challenge, a 3-week program to promote physical activity, healthy eating, and well-being. Whether you’re a fitness pro or just starting out, this challenge is for everyone!

Details:

  • When: Starts 8/6/25, ends 8/29/25 (3 weeks). 
  • What: Earn points for healthy habits like exercising consistently and drinking water,.
  • Format:  Track points via MyFitnessPal. Group invite to come. 
  • Prizes: 3 Cash prizes and shoutouts for top participants for the most:
    • Points
    • Fat % dropped, 
    • Muscle mass increased. 

How It Works:

  • Points: Earn up to 3 points/day: 
    • Activity (max 2): 30 min+  exercise (1 pt) and 10,000 steps (1 pt).
    • Hydration (max 1): 64 oz. 

Get Started:

  • Sign up by tomorrow 8/6/25
  • Send daily screen shots of myfitnesspal app showing activity, water intake and send it to Aliyah, daily.
