Welcome, my name is Laura, I live in England and am 44 years old.
I have multiple health issues, too often lose the will to live and tend to self medicate with food.
My highest ever weight was 340 lb
My lowest adult weight was 163 lb
I am 5 foot 8 tall and feel more comfortable when under 200 lb.
My weight fluctuates all over the place between highest and lowest.
My goal is to stop binge eating, to eat 3 meals a day and stay closer to 2000 cal a day. I can eat 10 times that amount in day if let myself so I need a system in place to hold myself accountable.
It is so hard to keep picking self up over and over but staying down is no fun either so here I am once again documenting my efforts.

I have banished bathroom scales to storage shed and plan to stay away from them for few months as no good comes from me standing on them, if number goes up or fails to go down as much as hoped then I get upset and comfort eat, if number goes down then I think I can get away with more treats and that spirals out of control. I am better off focusing on eating more sane portions and consistency without messing my head up with frequent weigh ins.0 -
My basic daily food plan to be adjusted as needed and not followed every day but this is something to work with as a base line that suits me. Some days I will swap out my protein for eggs or fish. Sometimes I will eat out or include a snack and adjust what I can to accommodate that.
