    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • Braves took a double header from the Marlins yesterday. It may be the highlight of the year.
    • Jen Pawol was the 1st base umpire in the 1st game. She was the first female umpire in a regular season MLB game. She's behind the plate today.
    • I got to sleep in a little bit this morning. Running livestream cameras for our modern service at 11.
    • Pretty soon we should be getting some construction photos of the Skipper Estate on the Eastern Shore.

    Strange looking cat, Steph. Much darker than bobcats I have seen, too.

    Enjoyed watching Ichiro's number being retired before last night's Mariners' game. Good that they won the game, too.

    Planning on church this morning, then just running a few errands

    We ate fried things and drank beer last night. My body is now reminding me of why that's not a good idea. Leo liked his fry though.

    Smoke is making being outside unbearable. Sure hope the wind shifts again.

    Today's activity is a pantry inventory and meal plan list. We've reach the don't buy anything but fresh fruit and veggies stage.

    Long couple days - broken up by a nice weather day with Veterans and Vettes! Car show was fun.

    Today has been "purge purge purge" day. Movers on Thursday to do partial pack/storage.

    No new news to share, Dennis (yet). DW travels up the weekend after Labor Day so should get some update/photos.

    Braves Umpire was good to see! Going to see Nat's v. Phillies this Thursday. Been WTB to go see many games this season.

    We're still at lake. Ds2 just left. Back home We're under extreme flooding at our homestead. 8.74" fell by me overnight. Our pond aka storm water retention flooded. The roads are under water a home owner lost a car. The 6 homes around pond got flooded basements. A neighbor sent me footage. Yikes

    Im praying our sump pump did its job. And ds2s has too. They have a full packed basement lots on tge floor. No power was lost 🙏

    Reports Im seeing from here, SE Wisconsin got just hammered. Flooding throughout many areas.

    Wish us luck. We should be home by 6? I feel like staying here sighhhh. We got rains but not severe.

    praying all is well for you and Tom, Mary. Roarke told me that he had a lot of rain.

    Out in the convertible all afternoon after Bible study at the church. It was ok. We stopped and got a beer and steak with cheese nachos to split around 3. Pizza is in the oven now. Easy peasy.

    Enjoy your evening. Still BLESSED HOT here. Crazy.
