    Mornin' BBB

Whoa, where did the weekend go. Got lost in doggy stuff. My field trial club sponsored a hunt test this weekend and I was supervising BAL's hookup with a very impressive stud dog. Hopefully there will be a puppy for me to take to Colorado in January.

I will need to catch up on posts later.

    GM~

Good luck to BAL and the Puppy Pimp…..(JK)!

Long day yesterday - but got to spend HH with my old boss. Love him and his wife to death. DW and I enjoyed seeing them and catching up. He's going to come back for my October retirement (from Fed'l service) soiree.

Glad everything for you and DS worked out well (dry), Mary!

Another hot one in store for us today.

    Cheers,

    Skipper

    Good morning BBB friends

My 10-mile hike, yesterday, ended up being 15. Tiring, but satisfying.

Less fun today, with a 2-hour dental appointment this morning. New crown for front tooth.

    Morning gang

Less smoky today so will try for a hike.

Planned our route from here to Nebraska and nebraska to Houston with several options for hotels along the way. Boy has hilton properties gotten expensive. I had a million points when I retired and used to be able to get a nice place for 20-25k points. Sometimes less in a smaller town. Now I could only find one near Fort Worth for under 35k which is how many points I still have left.

    • You know you are truly retired when you've used up all your 'Frequent Flyer' and other such loyalty rewards. Yours last quite a while Steph.
