Chia Seed Pudding?

I bought some chia seeds recently but had no idea how to use them. I didn't want to grow green hair on any ceramic characters like seen on TV. So, I googled and found a simple recipe for Chia Seed Pudding.
You will need a small (4 oz. or larger) glass jar with a tight fitting lid. You might need to shake up the mixture. Use 1/2 Cup of milk. You don't want too much over or under this. Then add 2 Tbl. of chia seeds, and maybe a little sweetener. Tighten the lid, shake it up and put it in the fridge. I leave mine overnight and it gets nice and cool. The chia seeds secret a gelatinous coating around each seed and you get a pleasant pudding like concoction.
When you are ready to eat, you might add some plain Greek yogurt and any of various fruits or berries: blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, or even kiwi. *You can leave the kiwi skin on, if it doesn't irritate you to try and eat it. The skin provides more fiber, and I found it wasn't a problem for me. **Oh, I also may sift some ground cinnamon in this.
This Chia Seeds Pudding is a good little desert.
