August Week 4 Group Challenge - This or That Exercise Challenge

This week's challenge gives you two options for each day's exercise…THIS or THAT. I tried to pick options that are more on the beginner side, so as not to eliminate anyone. Those of you who are more advanced, feel free to double/triple up on quantity/time. Anyone with injuries or doctor-ordered limitations, feel free to alter as needed, but please announce your changes in advance. Each day is clearly labeled with a THIS option in PURPLE or a THAT option in TEAL. Make your choice each day, do the task and post daily to share your experiences. Extra credit if you double/triple your quantity/time and BIG KUDOS if you do this IN ADDITION to your normal exercise routine. That will make it a REAL challenge and definitely give you BRAGGING RIGHTS!! 😎

Looking forward to sharing this with you all this week. FYI, I am back to work this week and am expecting a hectic week ahead, so I will only be posting in the evenings. If anything is unclear as to the choices listed, do a simple google search and you'll find full instructions…some even with video examples of what to do, I didn't choose anything of which you're unaware. For the one option calling for 1-2 lb weights, if you don't have any, use a common household item - like cans of soup!
