Mornin' BBB
Starting to sell off stuff I'm not taking to Colorado.
All I am going to say about Leo, is to find a routine that works and stick to it. Some dogs need strict adherence to routine or they get confused. Same with grumpy old men.
Temperatures have been cooling off a bit here.

Good morning BBB friends.
Enjoyed strolling around at the Harbor Days festival, yesterday. The younger wing of the family is off this morning for a three-day backpacking trip. Their last big outdoor thing prior to school starting Wednesday. Glad we got to hang with them for a few hours.
Church this morning. ??? this afternoon.

Good showing from open house yesterday. Rinse repeat today.
Doc - we purged a lot. Proud of DW.

Morning BBB
Checking into the hyatt yesterday was a PITA. I'm sad as this is a good location near storage unit and airport and reasonable with chase points. Room is nice but I waited 45 minutes to check in. One worker and she was frustrated and kept leaving the desk with a line up to 12 people long. I might give them another chance on our return to see if was just a fluke of holiday weekend.
Otherwise a smooth day of renting the storage unit, washing car, etc.

Good morning.
I can't agree more on a proper routine for a dog, Lee. Last week was just terrible for a little dog with Dogtopia, dog sitter, and Dogtopia again. This week, he'll be at Dogtopia daily and then Cecilia comes back on Sunday.
Not sure what he and I will do today, but I imagine beer and preseason football will be involved.

Good Sunday morning BBB Friends.
- Nice day of college football yesterday.
- Sign out front of a local church, "Love thy neighbor, even if they are 'Bama fans".
- The rule of purging is if you haven't used something in a year you don't need it. I upped it to two years and still got rid of a bunch of stuff. Now I am learning you need to rinse and repeat every few years.
- A word of advice. Don't let Steph purge for you.
- Nice motorbike ride for BBQ yesterday. It is perfect riding weather.
- Good luck Skip.

Well, I've used much of the stuff fairly regularly that I won't be able to use in Colorado, like my boat and salt water gear. Much used and loved but not transferable to a land locked state.

Good Afternoon,
Fingers crossed for you Skip.
Purging
alwaysgenerally hard especially if spouse involved. DN has paid more in storage fees than they could buy stuff at Macy's. When moving must consider depreciated value plus cost to move and replacement cost if needed. Most of us too attached to stuff, need to be more like Steph and Ron, because we cannot take anything with us and the next generation has different taste.Colorado has rivers, lakes and ponds.
DD came here after game yesterday, so she is dealing with DMIL today,

I had to pay 60¢ a pound for the move from Chicago, so I was ruthless in that purge.
