Overdid it with a bag of flavored popcorn for lunch and then pita chips and guacamole yesterday with friends. Left me with about 10 pts for dinner. Basically had to go with zero point foods for dinner. Grilled salmon on a mixed green salad with lemon and vidalia onion vinaigrette. Mixed berries with fat free yogurt sprinkled with stevia for dessert. The bag of popcorn was a huge surprise point wise.
Skinless chicken thighs on the smoker tonight.
Am feeling a bit sad today. Putting up my wee boat for sale :*(
Buyer for house is not doing what needs to be done to make sale happen. We may have to sell below market to a company that flips residences. We were going to do that for the buyer anyway since we were bypassing real estate agencies. Prospective buyer is being mysteriously evasive, not sure why. M and I would love to have her and her family in the house, and have tried to assist her in every way. Cold feet, I guess.
Sam, looking for sage advice.
Prayers for all that need them and for those that don't.
Onward and downward ;-)

Good morning gentlemen.
Had a very nice time at Olympia Harbor Days, yesterday. Followed by watching the DVR of my Ducks doing what they were supposed to.
Hope the sale of your boat is swift, Lee. The end of an era, but a new one will open with the opportunities offered in Colorado.

Good Morning
It was hard to get excited about the Ducks taking on Montana State and went for tennis. However I will check youtube for the stumble and beheading of our Duck which was likely the highlight of the home opener. Seasons are definetly changing as a cloudy day with a couple of spikes of rain turned into an overcast to clearing day with at gentle breeze. We ended up walking down to the Marina/harbor. Everyone had their “wee boats”, and not so wee, out on the river fishing and crabbing. The crabbing dock was busy too. Trucks and trailers were parked out of the harbor and up the hill toward town. We’ve never seen that before. The ramp was in constant use. We got back too late for me to do the ribs so they will be for tonight. More tennis today and theoretically something productive. One more week of the US Open and I will be ready to watch the Ducks play someone a bit more challenging. It looks like a tough year for the Beavers though.

Good morning!
I am leaning into a very lazy day here in Kansas. I did get out early this morning with my camera. We have cloudy skies today and light rain off and on. We'll finish August about 4.5 inches of rain below normal.
Lee, I know that selling your boat is difficult, and I hope that the house sale gets resolved.
I have not had my kayak out all year. I think it was mostly due to worry with the broken rib, and then it was just too hot. I might still get it out this fall.
have a great day!

Good Afternoon,
Colorado has rivers, lakes and ponds.
DD came here after game yesterday, so she is dealing with DMIL today,
Lee, if this is their first home they may not know how to proceed.
80's here this week, but we need rain.

Awe Lee so sorry about the house sale being dragged out.
Good point Bill. I recorded the ducks game and watched a lot of the first half but I honestly don't like it when teams play " patsy" opponents. Yup looks like a rather tough year for the Beavers at this point for sure.
I had a teensy "wee boat" one time , a tiny Sabot class sailboat which I sailed myself in local rivers.
Glad you are getting some relief from DMIL Sam. Tough situation.
Cheers all~
