Rules to Stay Active
- Post your points to the weekly Healthy Habits Challenges. Please post daily if you can.
- Post your exercise minutes at least once a week. Please post daily if you can.
- Post Weekly Weigh-Ins (you may post any day, but no later than Sunday at 11:59 p.m.).
- All numbers must be posted no later than Sunday at 11:59 PM in your local time to be counted.
- If you will be away for any reason, please inform your team leaders so your absence can be excused. It is helpful if you also post your absence on your weigh-in template.
If you miss weigh-ins or fail to post for two consecutive weeks, you become inactive by default and forfeit your team choice in future challenges.
NOTE: Do your best. We are inclusive of all, but we recognize that not everyone can participate fully in everything due to health, dietary, or physical restrictions. If there is a special circumstance, reach out to the OAL team, and perhaps together, we can come up with suggestions for an alternative.
The Challenge starts on Sunday each week. You are expected to weigh in weekly, record your exercises, and complete the weekly challenges. Please note: this is a significant change. The challenge weeks now run from Sunday at 12:00 midnight through Saturday at 11:59 PM.
Please read the first post on each topic to find information about that topic. Practice week begins on 10/5/25. Team invitations will start to be sent out on Wednesday, October 1. Please accept your invitation as soon as possible.
🌡Invitations must be accepted and the team joined by Saturday, October 4th. At that time, all outstanding invitations will be rescinded, and those members will need to post a new request to be reassigned to a team that is short of members. If you do not receive an invitation, please let a leader know as soon as possible.
