banish fat, boost metabolism

ive done this work out twice before. its quite a challenge for me and its closer to an hour long. i am throwing it into my regular rotation....i nearly vomited tonight doing it. ho.ly.crap.

    I LOVE THIS ONE! I do it with 3-5 lb weights for some of the moves, too (punches especially) to up the buuuuuurn.
