            Those figs look so inviting, will have to pick some up. We had a fig tree at our last home. Adore fresh figs. 1

            Made a homemade broth and kitchen sink soup yesterday. Picked up baby arugala, English cucumber, tomatoes, zuchini for salads, a spaghetti squash to roast, shirataki mushrooms, a few beautiful peppers and a package of spiralized butternut squash for sumptin sumptin not sure quite what yet good eatin this week - excited for fall produce. Oh and 2 beautiful pears to ripen a bit! @mkksemail - how's the greens going? Are you setting up a fall spreadsheet to fill? ;) 1

            @yakkystuff Happy Fall! π that looks awesome!! Take out for dinner tonight. Harvest salad- greens, avocado, chickpeas, chicken, pear, tomato, pecans, olives.. 0

            Went to our local Italian restaurant- they know me⦠my fav arugula pizza and they gave me an extra side of arugula !

            A side of arugala... Lol - never in my imagination, but I see it! Have a new package in the fridge. And 2 lbs of fresh petite brussels - so excited! 2

            went to one of my fav lil restaurantsβ¦ we always get their special broccoli π₯¦ custard!

            π Harvest moon last night and many cultures have a harvest festival this weekβ¦ itβs been on my mind. Happy Harvest and Sukkot to anyone who celebrates! 
 Did a light sautΓ©e of :π₯¦ broccoli, π« trio of bell peppers, shallots, scallions, π₯¬ spinach, left over medley of corn and green beans.. stirred up with some crumbles of sausage and topped with sunny side up eggs.. mixed together the yolk was π.. If you like that sort of thing! π @yakkystuff - your soup making is ready for the season!! 0

            Sauteed a mixed greens salad bag of kale, arugala, spinach and cabbage (reserved 1/2 for lunch salad) - then added portabella mushrooms and whatnot for breakfast 1

            sweet potato with shredded bbq pork and cabbage slaw with carrots onions celery and pickle chips on the side This weeks farm box haul and a cat π 0

            Back to business with some Autumn harvest eats! @rennerkyler - as promised - this is the collagen powder I use in shakes! My skin has been a lot more hydrated and supple - since using this and Daily servings of bone broth β¦. 1

            It all looks delish - appreciate the shares - kind of surprised how much it's helping me to stay focused on including freggies! Purple plums & cabbage, fresh mozzarella cheese, this & that other on a chicken ceasar salad. 2

            This week is about purple foods - time of year, I giess. Enjoying it. Stir Fry Rice, Veg & Chicken frozen entree with added saute purple cabbage, purple shallot, petite brussels, diced tomatoes and zuchini slices. Reserved 1/2 then stirred in an egg & last of the fresh mozzarella. A little sweet chili sauce drizzle. Plum after. Tea plain. 2

            Tried a new product. Hearts of palm pasta. What even is hearts of palm? Anyways, I made a Terriyaki Chicken noodle dish. Gf Df and low carb. It was delicious π 1

            I don't know either @herblovinmom but I let a jar of hearts of palm expire from trepidation to try.... glad to hear noodles were good! Tried some artisinal mushroom brie on toast squares. It was good. 2

            Lunch salad of spinach & kale with diced yellow summer squash, cabbage, roast butternut, raisins, pecans & sunflower seeds, ceasar dressed tuna. My morning yogurt encouraged me to Enjoy ~ food ought to be enjoyed as well as nourish ~ yes? Indeed⦠2

            i saw these jars at my lil grocery store. I am intrigued. Iβm an extra anchovy gal. :) 1

            Salads look interesting! That's some overt anchovy going on there. I have managed to avoid, but may just give it a go @SafariGalNYC - and maybe capers. Picked up a jar of green olives to try - surprisingly mild, a keeper. No salads today. Had roast craisins, vegs & baby reds with the chicken tonight. Finished broth making today, for chicken veg soup tomorrow. 2

            @yakkystuff - I have been trying to drink bone broth routinely. My doctor said itβs great for skin and joints. Some salmon and sprouts! π± 0

            Yum! Your salmon led me on a hunt @SafariGalNYC Adore salmon! Good heads up on bone broth. Trying to preserve my knees ;) Lemon peppered salmon & spinach with feta pinwheel, hambau dumpling and mixed vegs on a bed of zuchini rounds. 0
