October Week 3 Group Challenge - Fitness Countdown

Hello! The fabulous @jessicakrall8 is taking a break this week, so I'm proposing this week's group challenge. It's a Fitness Countdown, and you can make it as challenging as you want, based on your abilities. Do multiple rounds if you can!
Fitness Countdown Challenge
10 minutes of cardio (if that’s not challenging enough, make it 10 Miles of Cardio!)
9 strength training exercises - any number of reps, but make it 9 different exercises of your choice.
8 hours sleep (if you can’t do 8 hours of sleep, or even 8 hours in bed, make it Track Food All Day and Stay in Range)
7 meals planned (7 different meals…not 1 standard breakfast eaten 7 times)
6 stretches (10-30 seconds per stretch)
5 sets of 10 reps of any ONE strength training exercise
4 minutes of balancing on one foot (equal amount on each side!)
3 yoga poses of your choice
2 encouraging posts to members of your assigned team
1 minute plank!
