December …. can be such a challenging month not only with food and overindulgences but with stress and anxiety. What’s your plan or go to, to help you reduce your stress and or anxiety?
Some of the things I like to do are a daily meditation, or to sit down at some point in the day and do something for me, as an avid reader it’s often a book and a coffee for a chapter or two. There are many things that help us get through, there is not one strategy that works better than the other, discover the ones that work for you. Share if you like or just reflect on your plan.
