Hello! How did we all do? I'm 1.2 pounds down from last week, hurrah! Finally back to where I was mid August.

    Weighed in at 224.2lb this morning. TOM weight busted. Yay!

    I'm up to 170 again...could be the new workout regime, could be residual TOM (just ended yesterday), could be-could be- could be??? LOL! Hopefully next week will be better!

    I forgot to check in for a couple weeks, but still lost 2.5 pounds. Down to 185.4!

    Hi, all! New group member, so this is my first Wednesday. I'm down three pounds from where I started (not all in one week), so I clock in at 186! Here's hoping I can keep up the weekly one-pound loss!
