    I fell in love with the weight watchers "smart ones". They are 180 cals, 5g of Protein and very filling. You can find them in the freezer section and Ibotta is currently running coupons on them.

    I will have to try the breakfast ones. I do their "entrees" for lunch sometimes and some of those are really good. :happy:

    Hi all!

    I know I'm late to record - was on holidays as of Thursday of last week but I did weigh myself on Wednesday but just forgot to record it.

    Week #1
    SW: 218.2lbs
    CW: 215.6lbs
    Total weight lost: 2.6lbs

    This week is probably not going to be too great, but we'll see!
