Considering getting my conch done, not sure yet though.

    I have my conches punched out to a 0g.

    Here a reply from a piercer.

    You can punch it but you need to keep in mind that once you punch cartilage it won't grow back and depending on size it won't close again.

    But if you like me gonna wear your piercings for the rest of your life, go for it.

    Yeah I never plan on getting rid of any of my piercings.
    I keep thinking about it but then getting too nervous to do it haha
