If these don't give you butt DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) I don't know what will.
Gimmie two sets of 10-15, with or without weight.

I did these yesterday. My backside feels like I should have about an extra inch of lift. They really do work it!

Going with a training trifecta today so I have a feeling my butt (and every other part of me) will be sore tomorrow since I haven't had a good work out since last Thursday because of traveling!0

I'm gonna be feeling the trifecta tomorrow!!!! Tonight I feel pain in finger since I burned my left index finger with boiling water and pasta while dumping my pasta making supper tonight (right on the knuckle too, but it appears to be only a first degree burn so not too bad, it will be better in a day or two)0
