I would like to introduce myself to everyone. Hi I am Val
I started my journey about a month ago. I started out at 316
lbs now I am 296lbs. I have been using the body gospel
program. So far all my support has come from
friends and people on other programs.
I would love to hear from children of God
on how they are doing so I can get encouragement
