Ideas for the weekend

Does anyone have some interesting/fun ideas for weekend activities? singles or families
1- I saw that the Odeon is hosting a FRIDAY THE 13th HAUNTED HOUSE for all ages. 4-9PM for kids and parents then 10PM-3AM for over 19 only. I happen to LOVE anything HORROR so I may be going with my duaghter (10yrs old) to the evening portion. sounds like it would be fun to see......go to WWW.trancidic.ca for all the details and also to the odeon events center box office site.
2- Color Me Rad 5K run with my 10yr old daughter. VERY EXCITED! it will be our first run!!
3- fishing at the Forestry Farm pond on Sunday..... we will likely go as it is supposed to be perfect weather for fishing...
