You all know that yesterday I was angry and I cried and ate a big old bowl of rocky road ice cream after the 1 lb loss I accomplished . I was miserable! Today's a new day and when I saw this photo ---- it hit home! It's for me... and for you to see and realize that it isn't just about YOU... but about OUR families.
